Following a recent review and reorganisation of the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC), we are looking for a motivated and organised team player who is passionate about providing excellent customer service to the public.

 

The Community Hub team are at the heart of all the activities undertaken by the OPCC and also provide direct support to the Police and Crime Commissioner and the senior management team.

 

The main responsibilities of the role include:

-        Support for a range of meetings including room set up, distribution of papers, minute taking and expert use in a range of presentation technology

 

-        Updating social media and website information on behalf of the OPCC

 

-        Taking calls from the public, greeting visitors and managing enquiries in line with standards

 

-        General office administration
