Applications are invited for the post of HR Business Partner, working within the People and Development Team.

Reporting to the Senior HR Business Partner, the post holder will support the implementation and delivery of the People Strategy to enable delivery of effective organisational development.  The successful candidate will act as a strategic advisor providing professional advice to Commanders and Heads of Service unit on the Forces Human Resources strategies and all HR issues pertaining to large scale organisational change. 

Applicants will have a minimum Level 5 HR Diploma in Human Resources Management and be a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), with 2 years Continuous Professional Development within HR with a proven track record of implementing HR initiatives.
