Do you have a background in computer forensic work or computing technology?  Are you self-motivated, creative and analytical? Do you enjoy dismantling computers?  Are you looking for a challenging role in a vibrant environment? If so, this opportunity could be for you.

This is an exciting new role in the force’s Digital Forensics Unit.  As a member of the team you will carry out forensic analysis of digital devices including computers and mobile phones involved in live investigations in order to support the investigative process.   

You will be self-motivated and able to work calmly and accurately under pressure.  You should have excellent communication skills and an aptitude for problem solving.  Applicants should be aware that this role involves the viewing of materials of an extremely offensive and distressing nature.
